LISE MARCHAL

Admitted to practice in Paris in 2010

Lise advises clients on national and multi-national deals and accompanies them on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including shares and assets acquisitions, LBOs and other corporate investments and reorganisations.

She also advises managers wishing to sell their company or attract investors.

Lise has also developed an expertise in commercial and industrial projects, in France and abroad, and participates in the negotiation and development of high-stake bespoke commercial contracts and joint ventures.

She has a particularly broad experience in the oil & gas industry.

One of the reasons Lise loves her job and her practice is that it gives her the opportunity to discover new domains alongside knowledgeable and passionate managers.

LIFE BEFORE BLM AVOCATS:

Before participating in the founding of BLM Avocats in 2016, Lise practiced law with Berthet Husson Associés for seven years.
