May 2022 Restructuring of the shareholding and activities of a fast-food group
The Firm advised and assisted a family-owned group specializing in fast-food restaurants in the reorganization of its shareholding structure and the structuring of its various activities: exit of a partner through a capital reduction, housing of each activity in a specific vehicle, contribution of the shares of the operating companies to a holding company, transfer of the executives to the holding company and setting up of intra-group agreements.
