The Firm has advised individuals wishing to invest in commercial property in France, in the structuring and implementation of their joint investment structure (incorporation of a company with a shareholders’ agreement and sale and purchase agreements), and then in the completion of their first investment consisting of the purchase of a property to be leased for office use (acquisition, financing and lease).
