ANNE LUCCHINI

Admitted to practice in Paris in 1994

Anne’s practice focuses on the purchase and sale of companies, assets and businesses, and more generally on company law (investments, reorganizations, corporate matters).

She is involved in a wide range of clients and transactions, from international groups to small and medium-sized businesses and from large to small transactions, adapting her approach to the type of client and the size of the transaction.

Anne also advises on commercial law matters, in particular drafting commercial contracts of all kinds.

LIFE BEFORE BLM AVOCATS

Anne began her legal career, first as a conseil juridique and then as an avocat, with Frere Cholmeley (1990-1998), then Frere Cholmeley-Eversheds (1998-2002). After two years with Proskauer Rose (2003-2004), she participated as a founding partner of Berthet Husson Associés (2004-2015).
