The firm assisted the managing partner of a leading express courier group in the Paris region in the context of the leveraged buyout of the group resulting in the exit of his two historical partners. A development capital fund and an investment bank co-invested to acquire a 51% stake in the group, with the managing partner remaining as a 49% stakeholder.
