Admitted to practice in Paris in 2010

Lise accompanies companies on an ongoing basis in their external growth and development and reorganization, in France and abroad, in leveraged buyouts and asset sales. She also advises managers wishing to sell their company or attract investors.

Lise has also developed an expertise in commercial contracts and assists clients in the drafting of standard contracts or high-stake bespoke agreements, and their negotiation.

One of the reasons Lise loves her job and her practice is that it gives her the opportunity to discover new domains alongside knowledgeable and passionate managers.

Before participating in the founding of BLM Avocats in 2016, Lise practiced law with Berthet Husson Associés for seven years.
